These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Solset Wellness website at solsetwellness.com and the optional communications offered through it. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These Terms apply to the website only. Treatment consent forms, financial agreements, and practice policies you receive directly from Solset Wellness or through our booking provider are separate and are not replaced by these Terms.

We may restrict or suspend access to the website if we believe these Terms have been violated.
Informational content, not medical advice
The content on this website, including service descriptions, articles in the Journal, and any images, is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
Using this website, submitting an inquiry, or receiving a message from us does not, by itself, create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is formed only through a consultation and the clinical process at the practice. Whether a service is appropriate for you is decided by the treating provider after evaluating you individually. Individual results vary.
Website inquiries are not monitored as an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use the website or text messaging to request diagnosis or treatment, or to send medical records or other sensitive health information.
Appointments and online booking
Sending an inquiry through the website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Our team will follow up to confirm availability and next steps.
Online booking is provided through Aesthetic Record, a third-party practice management service. When you book online, you leave this website and use Aesthetic Record's service under its own terms and privacy policy. Appointment types, availability, pricing, deposits, cancellation and rescheduling policies, and eligibility requirements are set by the practice and shown to you during booking or at your visit. Those policies, not these Terms, govern your appointment.
Service descriptions and pricing on this website are for general information and may change. Please confirm current details with the practice before relying on them.
Third-party services and links
The website links to and relies on third-party services, including Aesthetic Record for booking, HighLevel for website hosting and forms, and social media platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's terms and privacy policy.
Text messaging program
Solset Wellness offers an optional text messaging (SMS) program. Enrollment requires your separate, express consent on a form or other enrollment method. Submitting a form or providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Where offered, you may choose informational messages (replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and practice updates) and, separately, promotional messages (offers, discounts, and service announcements). Each choice is independent.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; check with your wireless carrier about your plan.
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may receive one final confirmation message. To rejoin, opt in again through an available enrollment method.

- Provide only a mobile number you are authorized to use, and tell us if your number changes.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text messaging is not an emergency service and is not a secure channel for medical information. Our Privacy Policy explains how contact information and messaging consent are handled, including our commitment that mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, the Solset Wellness name and sun mark, page design, and code, are owned by Solset Wellness or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the website content, or use our name or logos, without our prior written permission.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep the website accurate and current, but content may contain errors or become outdated, and the website or linked services may be interrupted or unavailable. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the website at any time without notice. Nothing on the website is a guarantee of a particular treatment, result, price, or availability.

We may revise these Terms as the website, our services, or the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. Your continued use of the website after a change means the revised Terms apply.
